Schematic Design definition

Schematic Design means architectural plans and specifications that are thirty percent (30%) complete and generally include: a site plan; floor plan; exterior elevations and cross sections; type of construction; and actual gross floor area.

Schematic Design means the preparation of studies to ascertain the requirements of the project, consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationships of the project components for approval by the owner. The architect also submits to the owner a preliminary estimate of construction cost based on current area, volume, or other unit costs.

Schematic Design has the meaning set forth in Recital M to this DBA.

Schematic Design means the schematic design phase as described in the Hard Rock Development Standards dated September 21, 2006, as amended from time to time.
