Request for Payment definition

Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;

Request for Payment means the request for payment issued by the Contractor in accordance with Clause 5.26.2.2 [Contractor’s Application for Payment].

Request for Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3(b)(ii).

Examples of Request for Payment in a sentence

• The Grantee shall request payment by submitting a Request for Payment, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

• The Contractor may submit to the Owner periodically, but not more than once each month, a Request for Payment for work done and materials delivered to and stored on the site.

More Definitions of Request for Payment

Request for Payment means the written requests from Contractor to Owner for payment, as described in Exhibit B-2.
