Request for Proposals definition

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

• The Contractor is being retained to provide services described below to Participating Entities based on the Contractor’s demonstrated competence and requisite qualifications to perform the scope of the services described herein and in the Request for Proposals #2023-074 (hereinafter, “RFP”).

More Definitions of Request for Proposals

Request for Proposals means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, utilized for soliciting proposals.

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means the solicitation described in this document, including any attached or referenced appendices, schedules or exhibits and as may be modified in writing from time to time by the Regional District;

Request for Proposals or “RFP” means all documents used for soliciting Proposals in accordance with either ORS 279B.060 or 279C.110, where proposal evaluation and contract award is based on criteria such as proposer qualifications and experience, product features and characteristics, service quality and efficiency, and conformance with the specifications and requirements of the Solicitation Document. Price may be evaluation criterion for an RFP, but will not necessarily be the predominant basis for contract award.

Request for Proposals means all documents utilized for soliciting Proposals.
