Rental Expense definition

Rental Expense means, for any period, the aggregate amount of rental expense according to GAAP with respect to leases of real and personal property (but excluding obligations in respect of Capital Leases) for such period.
Rental Expense means with reference to any period, the aggregate amount of all payments for rent or additional rent (including all payments for taxes and insurance made directly to the lessor, but excluding payments for maintenance, repairs, alterations, construction, demolition and the like) for which the Borrower or Subsidiaries are directly or indirectly liable (as lessee or as guarantor or other surety) under all Operating Leases in effect at any time during such period.

Rental Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the gross real estate rental expenses of such Person for such period (excluding all personal property rental expense), net of rental income of such Person for such period, each determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied.
