Upon separation of service with at least twenty (20) years of employment with the City of Bellevue, or upon retirement LEOFF II employees shall be entitled to receive a cash payment equal to twenty-five (25) percent of their current total of unused accrued sick leave hours multiplied by the employee’s current hourly rate deposited into their IAFF MERP (Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan).
