Reimbursement Claims definition

Reimbursement Claims means any claim of Seller arising in connection with the return, disgorgement or reimbursement by Seller to Borrower, or any other Entity, of all or any portion of any payment or transfer received by Seller on account of the Transferred Rights prior to the Agreement Date.
Reimbursement Claims or “Government Reimbursement Claims” refers to the applicable claims or liens of any governmental agency which is entitled to reimbursement for benefits paid to or for the benefit of a Trust Beneficiary because of being a participant of the Trust.
Reimbursement Claims means the value of all eligible premiums reported by all eligible dealers during a reimbursement year.

  • Professional Fee Claims means all Claims for accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including transaction and success fees) incurred by a Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases on or after the Petition Date and through and including the Confirmation Date that the Bankruptcy Court has not denied by Final Order. To the extent that the Bankruptcy Court or any higher court of competent jurisdiction denies or reduces by a Final Order any amount of a Professional’s fees or expenses, then those reduced or denied amounts shall no longer constitute Professional Fee Claims.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amounts With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination, the amount of any Advance made with respect to such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination on or before the date such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes (or, but for the making of three monthly payments under its modified terms, would then constitute) a Corrected Loan, together with (to the extent accrued and unpaid) interest on such Advances, to the extent that (i) such Advance is not reimbursed to the Person who made such Advance on or before the date, if any, on which such Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Corrected Loan and (ii) the amount of such Advance becomes a future obligation of the Mortgagor to pay under the terms of modified Loan Documents. That any amount constitutes all or a portion of any Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount shall not in any manner limit the right of any Person hereunder to determine in the future that such amount instead constitutes a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.
