Reimbursable Expenses definition

Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

Reimbursable Expenses means, for any Shared-Loss Quarter, the amount of actual, reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses (other than Capitalized Expenditures), paid to third parties (other than Affiliates of the Assuming Institution) by or on behalf of the Assuming Institution, as limited by Sections 3.2(c) and (d) of Article III of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, to:

• CSXT shall commence its work under this Agreement following: (i) delivery to CSXT of a notice to proceed from Agency; (ii) payment of Reimbursable Expenses (as provided by Section 4.1) as required by CSXT prior to the commencement of work by CSXT; (iii) issuance of all permits, approvals and authorizations necessary or appropriate for such work; and (iv) delivery of proof of insurance acceptable to CSXT, as required by Section 9.

• Service Provider shall send XXXXX’S a detailed invoice (referencing the applicable XXXXX’S purchase order number for which the invoice is being submitted) each month complete with all of the documentation necessary to support the amounts shown on the invoice for the Services performed, and any Reimbursable Expenses incurred during the prior month and applicable Taxes (as hereinafter defined), each as a separate line item.

• Upon termination pursuant to this subsection 6b, Service Provider shall be entitled to payment for Services properly performed and reimbursement of Reimbursable Expenses incurred prior to the effective date of such termination.
