Lessee hereby fully agrees that it shall be fully liable for all costs and expenses related to the use, storage, and disposal of Regulated Substances kept on the Leased Premises by Lessee, and the Lessee shall give immediate notice to SRA of any violation or potential violation of the provisions hereof.
This indemnification of the Authority by Lessee includes, without limitation, costs incurred in connection with any investigation of site conditions or any cleanup, remedial actions, removal or restoration work required or conducted by any federal, state or local governmental agency or political subdivision because of Regulated Substances located on the Leased Premises or present in the soil or round water on, under or about the Leased Premises.

Upon the reasonable request of MAC, Tenant shall provide a list of any and all Environmentally Regulated Substances used in, on or under the Leased Property and Airport by Tenant, certified as true and correct, and specifying how such Environmentally Regulated Substances are used, stored, treated, or disposed.
