Dangerous Substance definition

Dangerous Substance means any radioactive emissions and any natural or artificial substance (whether in solid or liquid form or in the form of a gas or vapour and whether alone or in combination with any other substance) which, taking into account the concentrations and quantities present and the manner in which it is being used or handled, it is reasonably foreseeable will cause harm to man or any other living organism or damage to the Environment including any controlled, special, hazardous, toxic, radioactive or dangerous waste.

Dangerous Substance means any substance of whatever kind and form and in whatever combination capable of causing harm to any lifeform or the environment.

Dangerous Substance means a substance which is not otherwise listed as a controlled dangerous substance and has been determined to be an imminent hazard to the public health, safety, and welfare by the secretary using the criteria and standards prescribed in R.S. 40:996.3.

• The Operator shall not, in performing the Services, cause or knowingly permit contamination of any land by any deliberate or accidental disposal, including, without limitation, leakage or spillage of any Dangerous Substance.
