Recovery Bonds definition

Recovery Bonds means Recovery Obligations issued as Bonds. “Recovery Costs” means costs described in Chapter 297. “Recovery Notes” means Recovery Obligations issued as Notes.
Recovery Bonds means the Recovery Bonds authorized by the Financing Order and issued under the Indenture.
