School Bonds definition

School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.
School Bonds means any Bonds allocable to proceeds used or to be used to fund the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, or improvement of School Facilities.

  • Unless otherwise specified by Series Resolution, the Authority shall pay such reasonable fees and provide such available information as may be necessary to obtain and keep in effect ratings on all the Senior Bonds and the School Bonds from at least two nationally recognized statistical rating organizations.

  • All other resolutions adopted in connection with the Refunding School Bonds and inconsistent herewith are hereby rescinded to the extent of such inconsistency.

School Bonds means, in the case of a school facilities project which is to be constructed by the development authority, a redevelopment entity, or a district under section 15 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-15), bonds, notes or other obligations issued by a district to finance the local share; and, in the case of a school facilities project which is not to be constructed by the development authority or a redevelopment entity, or financed under section 15 of P.L.2000, c.72 (C.18A:7G-15), bonds, notes or other obligations issued by a district to finance the total costs;
School Bonds means the bonds, notes or other obligations, if any, issued by the District to finance the Local Share.
School Bonds means bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of Sections 15-101 through 15-109 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes;
School Bonds means as set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-3.
