Examples of Term Bonds in a sentence
The Trustee shall establish and maintain within the Principal Account a separate subaccount for the Term Bonds of each Series and maturity, designated as the “____ Sinking Account” (the “Sinking Account”), inserting therein the Series and maturity (if more than one such account is established for such Series) designation of such Bonds.
All money in the Principal Account shall be used and withdrawn by the Trustee solely for the purpose of paying the principal of the Bonds as it shall become due and payable, whether at maturity or redemption, except that any money in any Sinking Account shall be used and withdrawn by the Trustee only to purchase or to redeem or to pay Term Bonds for which such Sinking Account was created.
On or before each November 1, commencing November 1, 201_, the Trustee shall set aside from the Revenue Fund and deposit in the Principal Account an amount of money equal to the amount of all sinking fund payments required to be made on such November 1, into the respective sinking fund accounts for all Outstanding Term Bonds and the principal amount of all Outstanding Serial Bonds maturing on such November 1.
In the event 2012 Term Bonds are designated for redemption, the Authority may designate which sinking account payments are allocated to such redemption.
The Term Bonds shall be subject to mandatory redemption and payment prior to Stated Maturity pursuant to the mandatory redemption requirements hereinafter set forth a Redemption Price equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date.
