Time Employees are those Employees not designated as a Temporary or Casual who are working less than full prescribed hours as per Article 11 (Hours of Work) of this Agreement, and who have satisfactorily completed sixty (60) working days of employment as a Probationary Employee.
A Probationary Employee is an employee who will become a regular employee provided that he/she successfully completes the probationary period.

The Probationary Employee may be discharged during the probationary period and the standard for discharge shall be determined by the Employer and shall be at the Employer’s sole discretion.
