Contractor employee definition

Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.

Contractor employee means all current Contractor employees who work or worked under this contract. The term also includes current employees of subcontractors who work or worked under this contract. In the case of Contractor and subcontractor employees, who worked under this contract, but who are no longer employed by the Contractor or subcontractor, or who have been assigned to another entity within the Contractor's or subcontractor's organization, the Contractor shall provide the Agency with that employee's last known mailing address, email address, and telephone number, if that employee has been identified as a witness in an EEO complaint or investigation.

Contractor employee means an employee of the prime contractor or of any subcontractor, affiliate, partner, joint venture, or team members with which the contractor is associated. It also includes consultants engaged by any of those entities.

• If the Contractor believes any action or communication has been given that would create a personal services relationship between the Government and any Contractor employee or any other potential supervision or duty violation, the Contractor must notify the OCO and OASIS CO immediately of this communication or action.

• The Government reserves the right to terminate the entry of any Contractor employee upon disclosure of information which indicates the individual’s continued entry to the installation is not in the best interest of national security.

Contractor employee means an employee of a firm, or an individual, under contract or subcontract to the Coast Guard to provide services and who requires physical and/or logical access to information systems and/or facilities.
