PRC Laws definition

PRC Laws means any and all laws, regulations, statutes, rules, decrees, notices, and supreme court’s judicial interpretations currently in force and publicly available in the PRC as of the date hereof.
PRC Laws means all applicable national, provincial and local laws, regulations, rules, notices, orders, decrees and judicial interpretations of the PRC currently in effect and publicly available on the date of this opinion.
PRC Laws. Means the currently valid laws, administrative regulations, administrative rules, local regulations, judicial interpretations and other binding normative documents of the People’s Republic of China.

PRC Laws refers to all PRC laws, administrative regulations and government rules in effect;
