Governmental Rules definition

Governmental Rules means any and all laws, statutes, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders, writs, decrees and injunctions, of any Governmental Authority and any and all legally binding conditions, standards, prohibitions, requirements and judgments of any Governmental Authority.

More Definitions of Governmental Rules

Governmental Rules means all Federal, state and local governmental rules, ordinances and regulations applicable to Borrower’s ownership or use of properties or the operation or conduct of its business.
