Gemini shall also give immediate notice to Customer as provided in this Agreement that Customer’s account has been suspended and shall disclose the reasons for suspension, unless specifically prohibited from doing so by Applicable Laws and Regulations.
In the case of an account suspension due to (A) or (B) of this paragraph, Gemini shall permit Customer to withdraw Customer’s Assets and fiat currencies from Customer’s Custody Account or Fiat Account as soon as permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations or the applicable court order, subpoena, or regulatory or governmental authority, and for ninety (90) days thereafter.
To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations, Gemini will promptly provide Customer with notice of any such request for information or other legal process and use reasonable efforts to allow customer to seek an appropriate protective order or take other necessary action in respect of such request or legal process prior to complying with such request or legal process.

The release of Confidential Information shall be subject to Applicable Laws and Regulations and Applicable Reliability Standards.
