Office Buildings definition

Office Buildings means Real Property that is used primarily for general office space, which may include ancillary uses such as retail and restaurant uses.
Office Buildings means any office and/or combination of offices enclosed in a single or connected building with 20,000 square feet or more of office space used for commercial, governmental, or educational purposes.
Office Buildings for purposes of this chapter, means any office, combination of offices or connected building or office space, regardless of office affiliation, ownership or occupancy.

Office Buildings. Standard Methods of Measurementissued by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (“BOMA Standard”) and shall be certified to such BOMA Standard by Lessor’s architect (the “Architect”). In the event that the Architect’s measurement using the BOMA Standard differs from the rentable area of Premises set forth in above, the rentable area of the Premises shall be adjusted appropriately and the parties shall execute an amendment to this Lease reflecting said adjustment.

Following the verification of such re-measurement, all amounts, percentages and figures appearing or referred to in this Lease (including, without limitation, the amount of the Basic Annual Rent) shall be modified in accordance with such measurement.
Office Buildings. Means a premise used for the offices of government / local body / public undertaking or a public/ private corporation and may include accessory facilities.
