Negotiation Period definition

Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

Examples of Negotiation Period in a sentence

• During the Negotiation Period, the Successor Agency and SHP agree to negotiate diligently and in good faith to prepare and enter into one or more Conveyance Instruments as described in Subsection 2C below.
