MAINTENANCE BODY definition

MAINTENANCE BODY means and include the Developer or its Agency so long as the Developer does not hand over the management of the Project, and after the same is made over, to the Apex Body.
MAINTENANCE BODY means and include the Promoter/Owner/Developer or its Agency so long as the Promoter/Owner/Developer does not hand over the management of the new building complex to the Holding Organisation, and after the same is made over, the Holding Organisation.
