Hand Over definition

Hand Over means i) installation and general calibrations carried out by TOMRA technicians on the machine has occurred; ii) the machine is acceptable for basic operation; iii) all outstanding work has been completed except for minor items as indicated on the punch list included in the Hand Over Sign Off; iv) all required technical information has been handed over to the Purchaser; v) the Purchaser’s representative has signed the Hand Over Sign off document (‘Hand Over Sign Off”) and vi) the machine is operational.
Hand Over means the nature of GSM communications to provide customers the convenience of communicating whilst on the move. Whilst on the networks, the operator should hand them over to the visiting cell site successfully;

More Definitions of Hand Over

Hand Over. Means the initial period of acceptance of the “equipment” by the Client following the installation thereof or satisfactory completion of the “modernisation works”.
Hand Over means the formal handing-over of a Unit by the SP to RfL at the Entry Point following the carrying out of the relevant Services on that Unit pursuant to this Agreement and references to "Handed-Over" shall be construed accordingly;
