Invitation to Bid definition

Invitation to Bid or “Bid” shall mean all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting bids.

Invitation to Bid. (ITB) means a Solicitation Document for the solicitation of competitive, Written, signed and sealed Bids in which Specifications, price, and delivery (or project completion) are the predominant award criteria.

Invitation to Bid means the letter included in the Section I of Part I,.

Examples of Invitation to Bid in a sentence

• The Department intends to issue a supplemental Invitation to Bid on an annual basis for the remaining term of the State Term Contract beginning in 2024.
