Initial Offer definition

Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;
Initial Offer means the initial offer of Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares in the Fund which commenced at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 18 March 2016 and will close on the Closing Date;
Initial Offer means the initial offer of Sterling ‘Institutional’ Hedged Distribution Shares in the Fund which will commence at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 20 April 2020 and will close on the Closing Date;

Examples of Initial Offer in a sentence

  • The period from the commencement of the Offer until the Initial Completion Date (as may be extended by the Purchaser) is referred to as the Initial Offer Period.
