Change of Control Offer has the meaning provided in Section 4.15.

  • Subject to Sections 10.16(g) and 10.17(e), the contractual right of any Holder of any outstanding Note to bring suit for the enforcement of any payment of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on such Note, on or after the respective Maturity expressed in such Note (including in connection with an Asset Sale Offer or a Change of Control Offer), shall not be amended without the consent of such Holder.
