Initial Offer Price definition

Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
Initial Offer Price means the initial fixed price applicable to each relevant Share Class on the first Dealing Day of that Share Class and is shown for each share class in the section entitled “7. Information on Share Classes”.
Initial Offer Price means the initial offer price of each Share of the Fund during the Initial Offer Period;

Examples of Initial Offer Price in a sentence

  • The Fund may reschedule the Initial Offer and/or amend the Initial Offer Price.

  • Shares in any new Sub-Fund or Share Class may be available for subscription during an Initial Offer and will be issued on the first Subscription Day following the Initial Offer at the Initial Offer Price.

  • The Initial Offer Price per share at which the shares of any class shall be allotted or issued and the Commission payable on the Initial Offer Price and the Initial Offer Period in relation to any Sub-Fund shall be determined by the Directors.

  • Issue Prices During the Initial Offer Period for the class in question, the issue price is the Initial Offer Price as set out in the table above.

More Definitions of Initial Offer Price

Initial Offer Price means the price per Share at which Shares are initially offered in a Fund during the Initial Offer Period as specified in the relevant Fund Supplement;
