Examples of Governmental Permit in a sentence
No notice of cancellation, of default or of any dispute concerning any Governmental Permit, or of any event, condition or state of facts described in the preceding sentence, has been received by, or is known to, the Company.
Schedule 5.9 sets forth a list of each material Governmental Permit.
No Governmental Permit, approval, consent, exemption or action of or notification to (a) any Governmental Body or (b) any other Person is necessary in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by such Seller of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document to which such Seller is a party, or the consummation by such Seller of any of the Transactions.
