Government Contract definition

Government Contract means any Contract between, on the one hand, the Company or any of the Subsidiaries and, on the other hand: (i) the United States government or any other Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor to the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or (iii) any subcontractor with respect to any Contract described in clauses (i) or (ii).
Government Contract means a contract awarded by a governmental entity for general construction, an improvement, a service, or a public works project or for a purchase of supplies, materials, or equipment.
Government Contract means any Contract to which a Company Entity is a party and that involves supply of goods or services, directly or indirectly, to a Government. A Government Contract can include a subcontract at any tier or any level below a prime contract.

More Definitions of Government Contract

Government Contract means any prime Contract, subcontract, basic ordering agreement, blanket purchase agreement, letter agreement, grant, cooperative agreement, or other commitment or funding vehicle between Parent or the Company, as applicable, or any Subsidiary of Parent or the Company, as applicable, and (a) a Governmental Entity, (b) any prime contractor to a Governmental Entity or (c) any subcontractor with respect to any contract described in clause (a) or (b). A Government Task Order shall not constitute a separate Government Contract for purposes of this definition, but shall be part of the Government Contract to which it relates.
Government Contract means any prime contract, subcontract, letter contract, purchase order or delivery order, task order, or other agreement of any kind executed or submitted to or on behalf of any Governmental Body or any prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor, or under which any Governmental Body or any such prime contractor otherwise has or may acquire any right or interest.

A task, purchase or delivery order under a Government Contract shall not constitute a separate Government Contract, for purposes of this definition, but shall be part of the Government Contract to which it relates.
