Government Programs definition

Government Programs means (i) the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, (ii) the United States Department of Defense Civilian Health Program for Uniformed Services and (iii) other similar foreign or domestic Federal, state or local reimbursement or governmental health care programs.
Government Programs means Medicare Part A, Medicare Part B and other non-risk government programs.
Government Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).

More Definitions of Government Programs

Government Programs means the federal Medicare, all applicable state Medicaid and successor programs.
