Golf Facility definition

Golf Facility means a facility at which a GO Tournament or Event is being held, and includes any related Golf Course, food service facility or other amenity associated with such a facility.
Golf Facility means and refer to the real property owned by Declarant and operated as a golf course facility which shall include the golf course, the completed golf pro shop and clubhouse located at the golf course, driving range, putting green, parking facilities and all other attendant golf facilities.
Golf Facility means a golf driving range or golf course (including, without limitation, "miniature" golf) consistent with the types of golf driving ranges or golf courses owned and operated by the Credit Parties on the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Golf Facility

Golf Facility shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Recital A. “Golf Facility Expenses” shall mean all costs and expenses incurred in the operation, management, and maintenance of the Golf Facility, including, but not limited to, (a) all expenditures incurred by Birdies in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; (b) the costs and expenses of re-ordering, restocking, maintaining, repairing and/or replacing Equipment and Supplies; (c) the costs and expenses of ordering/reordering foodstuffs and beverages for the Restaurant; and (d) all other expenses specifically identified as “Golf Facility Expenses” in this Agreement.
Golf Facility means any hotel, lodging business or other hotel or lodging facility with overnight accommodations that includes at least 18-holes of golf and in which golf is more than an incidental amenity, but constitutes a substantial portion of the hospitality experience.
Golf Facility means that certain 18 hole golf course designed by Coore & Crenshaw, together with the clubhouse and relaxxx xacixxxxxx, situated at Kuala Kencana, Irian Jaya and known as the "Rimba Irian Klub Golf".
Golf Facility means a golf driving range consistent with the types of golf driving ranges owned and operated by the Company prior to the date hereof and generally consisting of 50-100 tees, and in addition to such a golf driving range, a Golf Facility may include one or more miniature golf courses and/or a so-called "executive" (par 3) 18 hole golf course and related amenities.
Golf Facility means the Golf Course, as defined above, clubhouse, which includes a pro shop and food and beverage shop, maintenance building and other related improvements.
Golf Facility shall have the meaning given it in Section 1.7.4. “Golf License” shall have the meaning given it in Section 1.7.4.
Golf Facility means a Golf course or facility which is a Member of NZ Golf as described in Rule 10 (Golf Facility).
