Lodging Facility definition

Lodging Facility is a hotel, motel or other establishment more than one-half of the dwelling units in which are used on a transient basis, and includes customary amenities and facilities operated as part of, or associated with, the lodging facility so long as such amenities and facilities are customary for other properties of a comparable size and class owned by other owners unrelated to AHT.

Lodging Facility means (1) a hotel, motel or other mixed-use establishment of which more than one-half (1/2) of its dwelling units are used on a transient basis or (2) equity interests in an entity that derives at least 30% of its EBITDA from owning, operating or managing facilities of the type described in clause (1) of this definition.
