Food and Beverage definition

Food and Beverage means any restaurant, catering, bar/lounge, entertainment, room service, retail food or beverage operation, continental breakfast, food or beverage concessions and similar services offered at the Facility.

Shadowood Golf Course management must approve donated product. All donated product must be removed at the end of the event with supervision of a Shadowood staff member. Xxxxxxx beverages should arrive 1 day prior to the event. Inclement Weather: In the event of rain and or inclement weather, such as lightning, thunder, or heavy rain, your event will continue unless the golf course is deemed closed due to unplayable conditions as determined by a Shadowood staff member. If play is unable to resume due to the continued threat of lighting or closing of the golf course, and every player has completed at least nine holes, the event will be deemed complete as a nine hole event. If less than nine holes are completed by any player, all players in the event will receive a rain check for 18 holes including cart to be used within 180 days after your event date. Payment for the event will still be due the same day of your event or otherwise discussed between the two parties. Please be advised that regardless of the situation pertaining to the suspension of golf, the food and beverage portion of the event will continue as planned. There is no provision for delaying the service of the food and beverage to a later date. The event will be responsible for the food and beverage service costs.
