Framework Agreement definition

Framework Agreement means the Clauses of this Framework Agreement together with the Framework Schedules and annexes to it;
Framework Agreement means the framework agreement between the Authority and the Supplier referred to in the Order Form;
Framework Agreement means the Framework Agreement for the Services dated on or about the date hereof made between the Authority and the Supplier;

Framework Agreement or “Agreement” means this framework agreement between the Authority and the Contractor consisting of clauses and 10 Schedules.
