Programme Agreement definition

Programme Agreement means the programme agreement entered into on or about the date hereof between, inter alios, the Guarantor, the Sellers, the Issuer, the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Dealers.

Programme Agreement means this Agreement, any agreement for a Note Transaction, the Guarantee, the Deed of Covenant or the Agency Agreement.

Programme Agreement means the Amended and Restated Programme Agreement dated 16 September 2011 between the Issuers and the Programme Dealers concerning the purchase of Notes to be issued by any Issuer;

• Communications within the framework of a Programme Agreement shall be deemed to have been received (i) by mail at the time of delivery, (ii) by fax at the time of acknowledgement of receipt at the end of the dispatch of the message and (iii) by email at the time of receipt of the acknowledgement of receipt of email.

• Such communications shall be considered to have been sent correctly if, as long as no written notice of different address particulars has been given to the other parties to that Programme Agreement, they have been sent by mail, by fax (confirmed by mail) and/or by email (confirmed by mail) to the addresses as stated in that Programme Agreement or to such other address as been stated by the addressee in writing to the other parties to that Programme Agreement.

• Unless something else is stated, all communications within the framework of the Programme Agreement concluded with an Issuer shall be made in writing.

More Definitions of Programme Agreement

Programme Agreement means the programme agreement entered into between the Issuer, the CBC, the Arrangers and the Dealers named therein on the Programme Date.

Programme Agreement means the programme agreement dated 21 June 2022 between the Issuer and the Dealers named in it;
