Service Costs definition

Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

Service Costs means the aggregate costs (including VAT that is not recoverable by the Landlord from HM Revenue & Customs) incurred by the Landlord in providing the Services and paying the costs listed in paragraph 3 of Part 4 of the Schedule in each Accounting Period;

Service Costs the aggregate costs incurred by the Landlord in providing the Services in each Accounting Period together with: VAT that is not recoverable by the Landlord from HM Revenue & Customs; and the sums chargeable under paragraph 2.4 of Part 1 of Schedule 3; [“Service Provider” any person providing services to the Tenant at the Premises for the purposes of the Tenant’s business;]

Examples of Service Costs in a sentence

• The Tenant will be entitled on prior appointment to inspect evidence of the Service Costs [and the Centre Contribution] at the Landlord’s head office or any other location the Landlord specifies.

• After the end of each accounting period, the Landlord will supply the Tenant with a statement (the "Service Charge Statement") for that accounting period of the: Service Costs; [and] [Centre Contribution; and] Service Charge payable.87 The Landlord must take reasonable steps to supply the Service Charge Statement within four months after the end of each accounting period.

• The Landlord will be responsible for the Tenant’s costs and expenses in complying with the Landlord’s request to relocate the External Works unless their relocation is required only temporarily to enable the Landlord to carry out any of the Services, in which case the costs will be included in the Service Costs.

• The Tenant must also pay on demand any sum or sums that the Landlord requires where the Landlord will be obliged to incur any Service Costs and the sums held on account by the Landlord are insufficient to meet those costs.

• Service Costs incurred in one accounting period, if not included in the Service Charge Statement for that accounting period for any reason, may be included in the Service Charge Statement for a subsequent accounting period.

More Definitions of Service Costs

Service Costs means the Service Fees and Service Taxes.

Service Costs means the Building Service Costs and the Estate Service Costs;

Service Costs means any amounts paid to the Manager or any of its Affiliates (or any of their respective employees or agents) by an Infrastructure Asset or any Person through which the Company invests in an Infrastructure Asset for local administration or management services related to such Infrastructure Asset or Person that (i) are determined by the Manager, acting in good faith, to be reasonably necessary in order to achieve beneficial legal, tax or regulatory treatment with respect to the relevant an Infrastructure Asset and (ii) would otherwise be payable to a third party for such services.

Service Costs means those costs as so categorised in Annex “D”, the Accounting Procedure.

Service Costs the Building Service Costs and the Estate Service Costs; [“Service Provider” any person providing services to the Tenant at the Premises for the purposes of the Tenant’s business;]

Service Costs means (i) the normal, customary and reasonable expenses and costs actually incurred by Service Provider in a Calendar Month during the Term related to (a) salaries, wages, overtime, benefits, and payroll tax for management and field employees, (b) rent, parking, supplies, and other overhead, (c) oil and gas consultant fees, (d) software and IT management, (e) bank service fees, (f) lease of fleet vehicles, (g) usage of fuel cards, (h) fees paid by Service Provider to regulatory agencies on behalf of Company, (i) tax return preparation costs, (j) travel related expenses in connection with attendance at proceedings in the Chapter 11 Case, and (k) such other expenses and costs approved by the CRO in the CRO’s sole discretion, to the extent and only to the extent required to perform, or supporting the performance of, the Services for such Calendar Month and (ii) $60,625 for each of the April, May and June 2019 Calendar Months. For the avoidance of doubt, the Service Costs in item (i) above shall be billed to or reimbursed by the Company at cost.
