Final Terms definition

Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

Final Terms means the final terms issued in relation to each Tranche of Notes (substantially in the form of either Part A or Part B of Annex B to the Procedures Memorandum) as a supplement to the Prospectus and giving details of that Tranche and, in relation to any particular Tranche of Notes, applicable Final Terms means the Final Terms applicable to that Tranche;

Final Terms means, in relation to a Tranche, the Final Terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of such Tranche, substantially in the form of Schedule C to the Dealer Agreement

• A summary of the ETP Securities to which these Final Terms relate is included as an Annex hereto.

• Full information on Leverage Shares Public Limited Company (the "Issuer") and the offer of the ETP Securities is only available on the basis of the combination of these Final Terms and the Base Prospectus.

• Listing and admission to trading: Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) for the ETP Securities to which these Final Terms apply to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA.

• Terms used in these Final Terms bear the same meaning as in the Base Prospectus.

More Definitions of Final Terms

Final Terms means, in relation to any issue of any Series of Covered Bonds, the relevant terms contained in the applicable Transaction Documents and, in case of any Series of Covered Bonds to be admitted to listing, the final terms submitted to the appropriate listing authority on or before the Issue Date of the applicable Series of Covered Bonds.

Final Terms has the meaning set out in the Programme Agreement;

Final Terms means the final terms issued specifying the relevant issue details of the ETC Securities, in the form set out in the Issue Deed relating to such ETC Securities or such other form as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Arranger.
