URL Terms definition

URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.
URL Terms has the meaning described in the Services Schedule.
URL Terms means the Acceptable Use Policy, the SLA and the TSS Guidelines.

  • However, any subsequent renewal of the Term will be renewed under the then-current Agreement, URL Terms, and/or Documentation for such applicable Solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
