Exploit definition

Exploit means to make, have made, import, use, sell or offer for sale, including to research, Develop, Commercialize, register, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), have used, export, transport, distribute, promote, market or have sold or otherwise dispose of.
Exploit or “Exploitation” means to make, have made, import, use, sell, or offer for sale, Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize.
Exploit means to research, develop, make, have made, use, offer for sale, sell, import, export or otherwise exploit, or transfer possession of or title in, a product. Cognates of the word “Exploit” shall have correlative meanings.
