ESP Agreement definition

ESP Agreement means an agreement as defined under section 503c of the Code, MCL 380.503c, that has been entered into between an ESP and the Academy Board for the operation and/or management of the Academy, which has been submitted to the CSO Director for review as provided in Section 11.11, and has not been disapproved by the CSO Director.
ESP Agreement means the written agreement between a Covered Executive and the Plan Administrator, on behalf of the Employer substantially in the form attached hereto in Appendix B. This form ESP Agreement may differ with respect to a Covered Executive who was covered by the TESPP prior to the Effective Date or as determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole and absolute discretion as provided in Section 3.6. Each ESP Agreement will form a part of the ESP with respect to the affected Covered Executive.
ESP Agreement means the written agreement between a Covered Executive and the Plan Administrator, on behalf of the Employer substantially in the form attached hereto in Appendix A. This form ESP Agreement may differ with respect to a Covered Executive who was covered by the TESPP before May 11, 2006 or as determined by the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and/or Plan Administrator (or Compensation Committee before the Effective Date), each in its sole and absolute discretion as provided in Section 3.6. Each ESP Agreement will form a part of the ESP with respect to the affected Covered Executive.

Examples of ESP Agreement in a sentence

  • Any subsequent amendment to an ESP Agreement shall be submitted for review by the University Charter Schools Office in the same form and manner as a new ESP Agreement.

  • For the purposes of this Contract, an employee leasing agreement shall be considered an ESP Agreement, and an employee leasing company shall be considered an ESP.

  • The Academy may enter into an ESP Agreement with an ESP to contract out its administrative and/or educational functions and personnel.

  • Any ESP Agreement entered into between the Academy and an ESP shall likewise contain this promise to indemnify the University and its Board of Control (jointly and severally) members, officers, employees and agents by the ESP.
