TRIPS Agreement definition

TRIPS Agreement means the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights in Annex 1C to the WTO Agreement;

  • Without prejudice to the rights and obligations established under the WTO TRIPS Agreement, in particular Part III, the Parties may develop in their national legislation, measures, procedures and remedies necessary to ensure the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
