Examples of Employment in a sentence
For any Participant’s whose employment by the Company and its Affiliates is governed by Ontario law, save and except any Participant who is an executive (as defined in section 67.2(5) of the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000), the “Restricted Period” is the period of time in which the Participant is an employee of the Employer.
The parties agree that certain matters in which the Executive will be involved during the Employment Term may necessitate the Executive’s cooperation in the future.
