Severance Period definition

Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of an occurrence of a Change of Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the date which is one and one-half years following the occurrence of the Change of Control, and (ii) the Executive's death.
Severance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).
Severance Period means the period beginning on the date Executive's employment with Employer terminates under circumstances described in subsection 3(a) and ending on the date 36 months thereafter.

  • Such payments will be made ratably over the Severance Period according to the Company’s standard payroll schedule.

  • Health insurance benefits with the same coverage (i.e., medical, dental, optical and/or mental health coverage) provided to the Employee prior to the Termination and in all other material respects comparable to those in place immediately prior to the Termination will be provided at the Company’s expense during the Severance Period.

  • In consideration of Executive’s timely execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to Executive’s Monthly Base Salary multiplied by the number of months in the Covered Termination Severance Period, less applicable withholdings.

  • Health insurance benefits with the same coverage (i.e., medical, dental, optical and mental health coverage) provided to the Employee prior to the Termination and in all other material respects comparable to those in place immediately prior to the Termination will be provided at the Company’s expense during the Severance Period.

  • In consideration of Executive’s execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date in a form provided by the Company and in accordance with Article 4, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to (a) the sum of Executive’s Monthly Base Salary and Pro-Rata Bonus multiplied by (b) the number of months in the Change in Control Severance Period, less applicable withholdings.


More Definitions of Severance Period

Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.
Severance Period means the period from the date of termination through the remaining current Term of Employment, or, in the event that Executive receives notification of an Additional Term, the period from the date of termination to the end of the Additional Term; and
Severance Period means:
Severance Period means the period of 18 months following the termination of Executive's employment with the Company.

Severance Period means if the Executive’s employment shall be terminated by the Company without Cause or by the Executive’s resignation for Good Reason, the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first (1st) anniversary of the Date of Termination.
Severance Period means a period of 12 months from the date of termination of employment.
