Disturbed areas definition

Disturbed areas means those areas within a facility that have been physically altered during waste disposal operations or during the construction of any part of the facility.
Disturbed areas means any site, area or lands in the Cherry Creek watershed where a land disturbance has commenced but has not been permanently stabilized and/or revegetated.
Disturbed areas means areas within natural resources and associated protection areas lack significant values and functions associated with the resource.

Disturbed areas means localized areas within harvest units or road systems where mineral soil is exposed or agitated. Disturbed areas include, but are not limited to, road cuts, fill slopes, landing surfaces, cable corridors, or skid trail ruts.

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.
