Premises definition

Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Premises means the area defined in the Premises Map in Schedule 1 and listed as the Premises address on page 1 of the Licence;
Premises means the location where the Goods are to be delivered or the Services are to be provided.

  • Accordingly, if any damage to the Premises occurs beyond reasonable wear and tear, owner and/or owner’s agent shall be permitted to bring an action to recover such damages in the above-referenced courts against Tenant, in addition to all other remedies available in law or equity to Owner and/or Owner’s Agent.

More Definitions of Premises

Premises means a dwelling unit and the structure of which it is a part and facilities and appurtenances therein and grounds, areas and facilities held out for the use of tenants generally or whose use is promised to the tenant.
