Corporate Personnel definition

Corporate Personnel means any personnel from the corporate or divisional offices of Manager or its Affiliates, who perform activities or services at or on behalf of the Managed Facility in connection with the services provided by Manager under this Agreement.
Corporate Personnel means J. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx --------- --------- Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx and any successor to any of them in his capacity as an employee and/or officer of Xxxxxxxx.
Corporate Personnel means any of Operator’s personnel who perform activities at or on behalf of the Hotel in connection with the services provided by Operator under this Agreement.

Corporate Personnel means certain employees of Manager that perform services at or with respect to multiple properties, including properties other than the Golf Course and including from locations other than the Golf Course, and that in such event such employees shall be treated as Golf Course Personnel Expenses to the extent that their services are reasonably attributable to the Golf Course; provided, however, that any allocated costs incurred by Manager in performance of its obligations hereunder shall be prorated based upon a reasonable nexus and benefit among all properties which benefit from such expenditure.
