Construction Notice to Proceed means the notice given by the Owner to the Design/Builder stating that the Site is available to the Design/Builder and directing the Design/Builder to commence construction of the Project.

Examples of Construction Notice to Proceed in a sentence

  • The Owner shall deliver all documents and complete all activities within the time periods set forth on Exhibit "B." Upon receipt of the Construction Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall commence performance of the Work at or on the Project site within ten (10) days.

Related to Construction Notice to Proceed

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.
