Construction Notice to Proceed definition

Construction Notice to Proceed means the notice given by the Owner to the Design/Builder stating that the Site is available to the Design/Builder and directing the Design/Builder to commence construction of the Project.
Construction Notice to Proceed means the notice issued by the City pursuant to Section 6 of the Cogeneration Facility & MBC Switchgear Modifications Scope of Work acknowledging satisfaction of all conditions required in order to commence construction of the Cogeneration Facility & MBC Switchgear Modifications, as further described in the Cogeneration Facility & MBC Switchgear Modifications Scope of Work.

Construction Notice to Proceed. With respect to each Construction Contract, as defined in such Construction Contract.
