Company Source Code definition

Company Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, any material portion or aspect of software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or confidential manufacturing specifications or designs, of any Company-Owned Intellectual Property or Company Products.
Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.
Company Source Code means any source code, or any portion, aspect or segment of any source code, relating to any Company Proprietary Asset.

Examples of Company Source Code in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither the execution nor performance of this Agreement nor the consummation of any of the Transactions will result in a release from escrow or other delivery to a third party of any Company Source Code.

  • No event has occurred, and no circumstance or condition exists, that (with or without notice or lapse of time, or both) will, or would reasonably be expected to, result in the disclosure, delivery or license by the Company of any Company Source Code, other than disclosures to employees and consultants involved in the development of Company Products.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, neither the execution of this Agreement nor any of the Transactions will result in release from escrow or other delivery to a third party of any Company Source Code.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries are in material compliance with all license terms and conditions with respect to any Open Source Materials (i) incorporated into or combined with any Company Product or Company Source Code, or (ii) distributed or downloaded in conjunction with any Company Product or Company Source Code.


More Definitions of Company Source Code

Company Source Code means in relation to any Software owned by the Company, the set of human readable, higher level programming language instructions or statements in which such Software was written (as opposed to object code which are statements in computer or machine code language).
Company Source Code means, collectively, any software source code or database specifications or designs, or any material proprietary information or algorithm contained in or relating to any software source code or database specifications or designs, of any Company-Owned Intellectual Property or Company Products.
