Examples of Company Software in a sentence
The Company has not received written notice from any Person claiming that such operation or any act, any Company Product, Company Software, any Technology used by the Company, or any Company Intellectual Property Infringes any Intellectual Property Rights of any Person (nor does the Company have Knowledge of anything that to the Company’s Knowledge constitutes any basis therefor).
Except as set forth on Section 3.12(m) of the Disclosure Schedule, no funding, facilities or resources of any government, university, college, other educational institution, multi-national, bi-national or international organization or research center was used in the development of the Company Products, Company Software or Company Owned Intellectual Property.
Section 3.12(b)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule lists all material Company Software and material Company Technology other than Company Software.
The Company has taken commercially reasonable measures to protect the Company Software and the Company Products from all such code, devices and software.
The Company has not incorporated any Open Source Software into any Company Software or any Company Product in a manner that would require the Company to make Company Software or any Company Product available pursuant to the terms of an open source license.
