Co-financing definition

Co-financing means the financing referred to in Section 7.02 (h) and specified in the Loan Agreement provided or to be provided for the Project by the Co-financier. If the Loan Agreement specifies more than one such financing, “Co-financing” refers separately to each of such financings.
Co-financing means an amount equal to six million Dollars ($6,000,000) to be provided by the Co-financier to assist in financing Parts 3.2 and 3.3 of the Project.
Co-financing means an amount of approximately A$3,000,000, expected to be provided by the Co-financier to assist in financing the Project.

Co-financing means the loan of funds (including those prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance as having an economic nature similar to a loan; the same shall apply hereinafter, excluding Article 32 and Paragraphs 1 and 6 of Article 33) by Banks, etc., concurrently with JBIC.
