Class of Work definition

Class of Work means those classes of work as specified in the Specification and

Examples of Class of Work in a sentence

  • The Bidder agrees that each of the Named Subcontractors stated in Table 2.7 of this Bid Proposal Form will be used for the Class of Work indicated, for the Proposed Total Subcontract Value dollar amount stated, unless a substitution is permitted by the awarding authority as provided for in and in accordance with C.G.S. § 4b-96, as amended.

  • A Supervisor must ensure that all persons performing Contract Work under this Contract have a professional legal qualification or, where a professional legal qualification is not required in respect of Contract Work, that such persons perform a minimum of 12 hours of Contract Work each week in the relevant Class of Work.

  • The Bidder shall provide all of the information for each checked Class of Work.

  • If the Bidder intends to use more than one Subcontractor to perform a Class of Work, then it shall indicate the Subcontractor Name and Subcontract Value for the largest single Named Subcontractor.

  • Prison Law and any other Class of Work may supervise a maximum of four Designated Fee Earners or Caseworkers.

Related to Class of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
