Class A Shares definition

Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
Class A Shares means Class A ordinary shares of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share.
Class A Shares is defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Examples of Class A Shares in a sentence

  • All New Vizsla Silver Shares, Vizsla Silver Class A Shares and Spinco Shares issued pursuant hereto shall be deemed to be validly issued and outstanding as fully paid and non-assessable shares for all purposes of the BCBCA.

  • Masterworks will have the right to request that the Company and each Series qualify on Form 1-A, or a comparable form, the resale of any Class A Shares of any Series beneficially owned by Masterworks or any entity administered by Masterworks.

Class A Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
